Warranty for Parts & Labor Provided By the Customer
Repairs performed using parts supplied by the customer are covered by a 30-day or 1,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, for labor only.
Terms of the Warranty:
Labor Coverage:
If the customer-provided part fails within this period, the customer must supply a replacement part, which we will install free of charge for labor during the warranty period.
Exclusions:
We cannot guarantee the quality, fit, or durability of customer-supplied parts.
Failures resulting from defective, incompatible, or subpar parts provided by the customer are not covered under this warranty.
Any damage to other components caused by the failure of the customer-supplied part is also excluded from this warranty.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the part is appropriate for their vehicle and compatible with the required repair.
Warranty for Parts & Labor Provided by Us
1-Year / 12,000-Mile Warranty
Repairs performed using parts and labor provided by Andy’s Automotive Repair are covered by a 1-year or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty applies to both parts and labor.
What’s Covered?
If the part or repair fails within this period due to:
A defect in the part supplied by Andy’s Automotive Repair.
An issue with the installation or workmanship.
We will:
Replace the defective part at no cost.
Perform the repair again free of charge.
Conditions and Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Failures caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
Normal wear and tear or damage unrelated to the repair.
Repairs performed or parts installed by another mechanic during the warranty period.

Warranty for Oil Changes
At Andy’s Automotive Repair, we stand by the quality of our oil change services and offer a limited warranty for your peace of mind.
What’s Covered?
Our oil change warranty includes:
Workmanship: Ensuring the oil and filter were installed correctly.
Parts Supplied by Us: Coverage for defects in the oil filter or other materials we provide.
Warranty Period:
90 Days or 3,000 Miles (whichever comes first).
What’s Not Covered?
To maintain fairness and clarity, the following are not covered under this warranty:
Normal wear and tear from regular vehicle operation.
Damage caused by neglect, such as failing to maintain proper oil levels.
Engine damage or issues unrelated to the oil change.
Problems caused by customer-supplied parts or oils.
Warranty Conditions:
Claims are valid only if the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule has been followed.
The customer must provide proof of service and mileage if a claim is made.
Our Promise:
If an issue arises during the warranty period that’s directly related to the oil change service, we’ll address it at no cost to you. Your satisfaction and the safety of your vehicle are our top priorities.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Failures due to misuse, neglect, or modifications made after the repair.
Damage caused by accidents or unrelated issues.
Parts not supplied by Andy’s Automotive Repair.
Repairs performed by another mechanic or shop during the warranty period.
Claim Process
For any warranty claim, the vehicle must be returned to Andy’s Automotive Repair for inspection.
The warranty applies only to the original repair and does not extend to other parts or systems of the vehicle.
